We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and deliver your website.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example WhatsApp messaging (WasenderAPI), hosting (Netlify), and advertising/analytics platforms (Google, Meta) — and only as needed to provide the service.
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
By submitting an enquiry or placing an order with smmthinks, you agree to these terms.
smmthinks designs and builds business websites, typically delivered within 48 hours of brief approval, on a modern no-code stack. Exact scope (pages, features, timelines) depends on the package you select and the brief you provide.
The 48-hour delivery window starts once we have your approved brief and required content. Delays in providing content or approvals may extend delivery. Domain, hosting and SSL are included where stated in your package; otherwise they are configured with your provider.
On full payment, you own your website and its content. We may display the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected project.
All website packages are one-time payments (not subscriptions). To begin a project we take a 20% advance; the remaining 80% balance is due once your website is live and hosted on your domain. Prices on the global site are shown in USD. Where stated, domain, hosting and SSL are included for the first year and renewals after year one are optional.
No-refund policy. Because work begins immediately and is custom-built for your business, the 20% advance and any payments made are non-refundable. The advance secures your build slot and covers initial design and setup work. Please make sure our service fits your needs before you place an order.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable local law.
